Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Parsi Art Studio. We aim to provide the highest quality art education for kids and teens. Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully.
1. Digital Products & Recorded Courses
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales for pre-recorded video courses and downloadable materials (PDFs, Brushes) are final.
Refunds will not be issued once the access link has been sent or the content has been accessed.
2. Live Online Classes (Kids & Teens)
We understand that schedules can change. For our live sessions:
Full Refund: If you cancel at least 7 days before the first scheduled session.
Partial Refund (50%): If you cancel between 2 to 6 days before the first session.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class starts are non-refundable.
3. Technical Issues
If a session is canceled by Parsi Art Studio due to technical issues or instructor unavailability, a makeup session will be scheduled. If the student cannot attend the makeup session, a full credit for that specific session will be provided.
4. Currency and Processing
All refunds are processed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) or the original currency of purchase.
Please note that any transaction fees charged by PayPal or credit card processors at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
