1. Registration & Payments
All course fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Registration is confirmed only after the successful receipt of payment via Interac e-Transfer or other approved methods.
Since our products are digital (videos and downloadable PDFs), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the content has been granted.
2. Intellectual Property (Copyright)
All educational materials, including videos, PowerPoint slides, and patterns, are the sole property of Parsi Art Studio.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license. Sharing, re-selling, or publishing our content on social media or any other platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Safety & Parental Supervision
Our courses are designed for youth and teens. However, the use of tools such as crochet hooks, sewing needles, or kitchen appliances requires parental supervision.
Parsi Art Studio and its instructors are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur while practicing these crafts at home.
4. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information (name, email, and phone number) is collected solely for registration and communication purposes.
We will never sell or share your data with third parties.
5. Consent
By submitting the registration form, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the student (if under 18) and agree to these terms.
