Refund & Digital Content Policy
Thank you for choosing Parsi Art Studio for your artistic journey. Please review our policy regarding digital services and online classes:
1. Digital Downloads & Instant Access
All sales of digital products (including downloadable brushes, PDF guides, and pre-recorded video tutorials) are final and non-refundable.
Once you have accessed or downloaded the digital content, we cannot offer a refund due to the nature of digital goods.
2. Online Live Classes & Workshops
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a live session, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund.
No-Shows: Refunds are not available for students who miss a live session. However, we may provide a recording of the session (if available) or an option to reschedule for a future date at our discretion.
3. Online Art Consultations & Commissions
Fees for digital art commissions or personalized consultations are non-refundable once the work or the session has begun.
If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us 24 hours in advance.
4. Technical Support

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued via PayPal within 5-7 business days.
